We offer an estimating service to all construction companies, both large and small, tailoring our services to meet the needs and budget of our Clients. We can work totally independently, or integrate with your existing teams in producing competitive estimates of cost.

Combining the most up-to-date computerised estimating with years of experience we can provide accurate estimates of construction cost from a small house extension to large housing sites and multi million pound projects in the centre of London.

Steve Field was previously the Estimating Director for a large construction company and understands the needs of contractors. We believe that our experience can give added value to our Clients.

Depending on requirements, services offered include:

• Preparing Bills of Quantities
• Source supply chains and despatch enquiries
• Fully price the works, analytically providing detailed analysis of labour, plant, materials and sub-contractors
• Assist in value engineering exercises
• Help with post-tender services - attending interviews and negotiating towards an extended contract
