42 eco friendly houses built on a confined site in Old Woking constructed in phases to suit the site conditions. The houses incorporate a heat recovery system, rainwater harvesting, integrated photo voltaic panels and triple glazing. 

Role: Measurment of Bills of Quantities, analytical pricing and final negotiation with the Client.
