The Party Wall etc Act 1996

Since the Party Wall etc Act 1996 came into force, home-owners in England and Wales have had a legal obligation to follow the Party Wall Act procedures when building work has an effect on a Party Wall or structure.

Executive Director Tony Cameron FRICS ACi Arb has acted as a party wall surveyor since the Act came into force, working on projects from house extensions to commercial refurbishments. He is an active member of the Pyramus & Thisbe Club.
